libemail-simple-perl software package provides module to parse RFC2822 headers and message format, you can install in your Ubuntu 16.10 (Yakkety Yak) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libemail-simple-perl
libemail-simple-perl is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libemail-simple-perl package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libemail-simple-perl *
You will get with libemail-simple-perl package name, version, architecture and description in a table
